Jasmyne Keller

Hello! My name is Jasmyne Keller. I am 21 and am from Vancouver, WA. I get the amazing opportunity to travel with Base Sports and spread the Gospel to kids this summer!  I will minister with Base Sports and equip churches to use sports as a ministry tool. Did you know that 50 million kids in our country were involved in youth sports in the past year? Youth sports programs have become a huge part of American culture.  So, I’m excited to take advantage of how important sports have become in order to reach children this summer!

I have been working with kids for about 6 years, which is one of my biggest passions. My favorite part about it is getting to teach them about Jesus, and I am so excited to do that with Base Sports. Jesus is a huge part of my life. I have seen His immense love and power through my childhood and now my adult life. God has worked through me in so many ways, and He has carried me through so much. I want others to know Him and experience that as well.

I am so excited to get to meet new people and travel to new places this summer. I know God will move, and I can’t wait to see it!

My focus with Base Sports will be coaching Cheer at week-long sports camps from June 13-August 10.  Many of the children who will come to camp do not know about Jesus Christ and His love for us. I’ll be on a team of four other college-age athletes, and we’ll travel through Washington, Oregon, and California, partnering with churches to run successful sports camps this summer.  A huge part of our work is sharing the gospel and God’s word! 

This summer’s theme is Team Up! We’ll teach kids about Jesus’ plan for our lives through the lives of the disciples. However, for this summer to be possible, I need to gather a support team. I would like for you to be a part of my team as I gear up and go.

I will keep you informed of my progress and success of my missionary efforts. All funds I raise are used at the discretion of Base Sports and for the expenses of the entire team.

My deadline for raising my full support is June 13. As I’ve said above, I also need all the prayer support I can get! Please pray for my preparation for the summer and for finishing this school year strong.  Once summer hits, I would ask that you pray for my team as we travel and for the kids and churches we will be working with along the way.
