As the Curriculum and Training Specialist, Amanda develops and refines Base’s curriculum and training resources while investing in leaders both locally and globally. As a part of the Base team since 2021, she loves equipping people of all backgrounds to share Jesus through relational ministry.

Bekah invests deeply in young leaders. As the Ministry Relationship Specialist, she loves helping students and volunteers grow in their faith and calling. With a great passion for the gospel, she focuses on building relationship with churches and emerging leaders to expand Base Ministry's impact. Since joining in 2022, she has been able to develop leaders who minister with multiple churches throughout the summer.

As Executive Director, Drew provides vision and leadership for Base Ministry, helping people discover and step into who God created them to be. Since 2013, Drew has been investing in leaders at Base and revels in building successful partnerships that advance Base's mission locally and globally. 

Geno oversees some of the global partnerships as the Global Ministry Coordinator. He has served Base faithfully since 2012 as a full-time employee and now volunteers faithfully. He brings all of his wisdom, heart, and humor to invest in leader who will live out the passion of the gospel through everyday ministry.

As the Director of Global Ministry, Joseph leads the international ministry work at Base. This includes training and mobilizing missional communities around the world to reach and serve their local area. Since 2010, Joe has completed many different roles and continues to be passionate about helping everyday believers grow in faith and step in God's mission.

As our Director of Operations, Levi oversees the ministries operations and financial health. This vital work helps emerging leaders grow in confidence through hands on ministry. As a part of the Base team since 2016, he continues to support the internal systems and workflows that equip Base to serve effectively.

As the Director of Base Sports, Louie leads every aspect of our sports ministry initiatives. He loves developing young adult coaches and partnering with local churches to reach kids with the gospel through sports ministry. Since joining in 2016, he continues to be passionate about empowering volunteers, training leaders, and helping ministries engage their communities with confidence and purpose.

Mike has a unique ability to advance global partnerships and mission efforts. As the Director of Global Ministry Advancement, he helps churches and leaders expand gospel impact across cultures and nations. He has been on staff since 2016 and is energized by seeing mission forces take shape around the globe. His desire to see God work through these forces and do immeasurably more than we can ask or imagine is what helps him create both spiritual direction and financial opportunities for our global partners.

Nathan focuses on developing leaders throughout the ministry by providing support and help to all aspects of Base Ministry. As Ministry Support Specialist, he looks at what is needed from different ministry opportunities and helps the team move forward with excellence. Since 2025, Nathan has been passionate about helping new leaders find their gifting and voice while serving ministry efforts around the world. 

Renée builds and strengthens partnerships with churches and our entire team. As a Church Partnership Coordinator, Renée uses her communication gifts to encourage leaders and equip them to grow in their walk with Jesus. As a team member since 2021, she loves coming alongside people in all seasons of life to help them live out their faith. This is true of her work at Base and how she lives her personal life, developing healthy leaders in homes and churches where she lives.

Through creative design and communication, Taylor helps churches engage their people in sharing Jesus. As the Graphic Design Specialist, she loves seeing new ways for Base to equip the local church with resources that highlight His glory. Since 2014, Taylor has been creating designs, logo's, brochures, and many other mediums that help communicate the mission of Base Ministry and show what God is doing around the world.
