There are many places around the world which are moving from mission field to mission force, even in places where Christianity is persecuted!
Many churches and locations worldwide are seeking ways to answer the call of the Great Commission. There is a growing desire to raise leaders who can serve in ministry and be a part of mission forces that extend from their churches into communities and around the world. The goal is to shift from being mission fields to becoming mission forces.
For a long time, the international church relied on US or European teams for evangelism and discipleship. Now, the international church is eager to partner with the US church, not just waiting for teams but also seeking more training for local leaders. The focus has shifted to fulfilling the Great Commission together, rather than relying solely on the Western church to do the work.
The vision of a global mission force is becoming a reality, and we are passionate about helping make this happen. Whether it is through practical ministry training, sports outreach, or developing leaders who can train others in their regions, Base is committed to seeing these mission forces emerge and ensuring that the world is not only reached by the gospel but that Christians are also prepared to lead and share the good news of Jesus.
